Delly is not mentioned after the attacks on the capitol were over. She most likely stayed in refuge in District 13, until District 12 was cleared out of old ruins.
Maysilee most likely didn't know Haymitch before the games, considering they lived in different parts of District 12. But she made an alliance with him and when she was fatally wounded he ran to her and held her hand as she died, indicating they must have cared for each other to some degree.
In the end, Peeta asks Katniss, "You love me, real or not real?" and she answers, "Real." In the epilogue, we learn that Peeta and Katniss are married with two children, and while they both still suffer from the trauma of the Hunger Games, they are helping each other heal and plan to one day tell their children the ...
Peeta chokes Katniss in Mockingjay because the Capitol has convinced him that she is a mutt designed to destroy the Districts. At the end of Catching Fire, he was captured by the Capitol when Katniss escaped the arena.
What happened to Peeta and Johanna in the Capitol?
Peeta, Johanna, and possibly Annie were held in adjacent cells. As part of their torture, they were forced to listen to each other's screams. Johanna was starved, beaten, had her head shaven, and she was soaked with water and tortured with electric shocks. This caused her to develop a fear of water.
She was also fitted with a bald cap that included tracking markers. This allowed her head to be digitally altered to appear shaven, even though all her hair was stuffed under the cap. This is likely the reason that she had to shave part of her head, in order to make the cap fit properly.
Snow would later orchestrate the slaughter of her entire family as punishment for her defiant nature. Devastated and left mentally and emotionally stranded , Johanna spent the next few years in isolation, wallowing in her sorrow and trauma.
While he was imprisoned in the Capitol, Peeta was hijacked into believing that Katniss was not human, but in fact one of the Capitol's mutts. Conversely, Johanna Mason suggested that the Capitol's torture replaced Peeta with an "evil-mutt version" of himself. This sentiment was later echoed by Katniss.
In the end, it is Gale's conviction in the necessity of sacrifice pitted against Katniss' moral incoherence that truly severs any relationship they had or could ever have. Primrose, Katniss' sister, is killed by a firebomb that may have been designed by Gale.

She grows fond of Haymitch throughout the novel, and he grows fond of her as well, doing his best to train her, coach her, and watch over her when she returns.
In order to punish Haymitch for what was perceived as an act of rebellion, President Snow (who is the protagonist of the prequel The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes) ordered Haymitch's family and girlfriend to be killed. Afterward, Haymitch served as a mentor for several other future District 12 tributes.
The film adaptation of The Hunger Games includes a romance between Effie Trinket and Haymitch Abernathy, which was not in the original books. The kiss between Haymitch and Effie in Mockingjay was improvised by Woody Harrelson and Elizabeth Banks.
It later comes to light that the design of the bombs that killed Prim likely belonged to Gale. They looked like Capitol technology, yet that was exactly the purpose behind them; he created weapons that were meant to convince civilians that District 13 attacks were in fact perpetrated by the Capitol.

Gale didn't mean for his bombs to murder innocent children but that doesn't matter because he was willing to do anything to win the war and the includes the mass murder of children. It's important that Gale's bombs killed Prim because it shows that there are consequences to praying on human kindness.
In the books, we learn that Tigris became one of the stylists for the tributes of the Games and over the years, she began getting surgical enhancements to make her look more like a tiger, such as flattening her nose and getting tattoos. Because of this, Coriolanus fires Tigris.

The Gamemakers allow Cato to suffer all night as they believe it makes good entertainment and will captivate the audience. Furthermore, it again reminds the districts of how powerful and without mercy the Capitol can be.
Under the new rule, tributes from the same district will both be declared winners if they are the last two left alive. Katniss, realizing that she and Peeta can both survive, immediately calls out Peeta's name.

She's from District 4 — a fishing-centric District located in the Pacific Northwest, where Finnick hails from — and witnesses another competitor behead her fellow District tribute during the Games. She survives when the arena gets flooded, by virtue of being the best swimmer, but is left with permanent emotional scars.
It is revealed by Finnick Odair that he poisoned his allies, as he believes that they would become future foes, but he had to drink the poison as well so that he wouldn't attract suspicion. Even though he took antidotes, the poison caused permanent sores inside his mouth that never healed.
