Bruce, after having to give up his life as Batman, subsequently heals after being at the lowest point in his life. His shattered spine left him paraplegic, and the public turned on the Dark Knight after an excessively violent Jean-Paul Valley took over the mantle.
With Batman incapacitated, Bane assumes control of Gotham City's underworld and takes over several illegal operations within it. After his defeat, Bruce Wayne enlists the aid of Dr. Shondra Kinsolving to rehabilitate him and asks Jean-Paul Valley to take up the mantle of Batman so that Gotham has a protector.
In The Dark Knight Rises, Batman healed his broken back with a simple adjustment. In the comic books, it was much more complicated. Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth travel to the United Kingdom, where they track down Shondra Kinsolving, a physical therapist.
He enters the care of one Dr. Shondra Kinsolving, who has some mild healing abilities which aids in his recovery. While he heals, Bruce asks Jean-Paul Valley for help.
Bane could easily dispatch a number of challengers by snapping their spines, but it would only cheapen his greatest moment and his greatest enemy. In the most odd way possible, breaking Batman's back is a symbol for how much Bane respects him as an adversary.
The page everyone remembers from Batman: Knightfall is Bane “breaking the Bat” over his knee. But Bane beat Batman by working smarter, not harder. Bane was able to defeat the Dark Knight physically by first exhausting him spiritually (and, well, also physically).
As other's have said, Wayne was out of shape and practice and physically broken. Bane was stronger due to training physically, having grown up doing hard labor in the Pit, and his League of Shadows training. Plus life in the Pit probably means that he was already an accomplished brawler.
While the substance often makes Bane practically unstoppable, Venom is also Bane's biggest weakness. Venom gives Bane a huge Achilles' Heel. When the tubes/mask are damaged, severing Bane's Venom supply, he immediately experiences excruciating withdrawal. That intense pain makes Bane easily fallible.
Finally, as far as television is concerned, in Season 5 of Gotham, Bane was introduced with the real name of Eduardo Dorrance, and with a background that combines his history in the comics with his role in The Dark Knight Rises.

Grayson has donned the cape and cowl to replace Bruce Wayne as Batman. His most notable spell as Batman followed Bruce Wayne's supposed death in Final Crisis, and sees Grayson adopt Damian Wayne, Bruce's biological son and his adoptive younger brother, as his Robin.
Judging by the ending of The Dark Knight Rises, Bane is the final villain Christian Bale's Batman ever faces. And it's quite the climatic fight, as Bane clearly has the advantage in physical strength, yet still Batman is able to dodge and strike at all the key moments.
Bane has a great deal of respect for Batman; this isn't a secret, the two have fought many times and even become allies at one point. Bane would even take up the mantle of Batman at a later date, when Bruce is once again not around.
Bane's Mask is the world-renowned headgear Bane wears to make people care about him and to suppress the constant pain he endures because of the wounds he suffered at The Pit. The pain-killing gas it delivers is so potent that Bane is, for example, able to take punches from rather large individuals without flinching.
Before succumbing to his wounds, Batman fell into a nearby Lazarus Pit, emerging completely healed from his injuries while his entire body was rejuvenated and restored from the Lazarus Pit's magically healing properties.
While searching for the Swiss man in Rome, Bane encounters Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins and eventually impresses Ra's al Ghul so much that he chooses Bane to marry Talia and become his heir.
Batman has a number of trying villains in his rogues' gallery, but few that can actually match wits with him. Except for Bane who, on more than one occasion, has proven that he is without a doubt Batman's intellectual equal.
It is then revealed that the Joker's real name is "Jack Oswald White." Martha then shares that she visited the Flashpoint universe's version of Jack Oswald White, discovering him to be a struggling family man supporting his wife and a child as a janitor at Wayne Casino.
But he can increase his strength to be stronger. But Rhino could lift up to 100 tons which was about 2x Bane's strength. Placing Rhino's strength above Bane's. Rhino's speed was also a lot faster than Bane's, running at 100+ miles per hour.
However, this selfless action resulted in the prisoners' exacting revenge by torturing and beating him to the point that his face was mutilated and wrapped up in bandages after the doctor did what he could to save him but the doctor's fumbling attempts to repair the damage left Bane in constant agony.
In 2012, writer-director Christopher Nolan addressed the change: "Bane is someone ravaged by pain from a trauma suffered long ago, and the mask dispenses a type of anesthetic that keeps his pain just below the threshold so he can function," he said, according to Batman News.
Furthermore, Hulk is virtually impervious to all external forms of harm, meaning that Bane would only make him angrier the longer their fight would go. As a result, Bane would easily be pulverized by the Hulk, no matter how much Venom is in his system.
He requires a tank to dose him with the serum, and eventually, he even swears off of using it. Even with Bane's use of the Venom serum, Thor could easily defeat Bane with his godlike powers.
It's been established that Joker can move fast in a fight, But the strength difference is too much. And Bane knows martial arts. Bane would destroy Joker in a fist fight.
