Batman using every fighting style against one person is impractical when he could use a set amount of techniques against many people. Batman primarily utilizes a diverse discipline of styles including Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Savate, Judo, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, and Karate, among otherwise.
The term "Bam Pow" perfectly encapsulates Batman's combat techniques, which emphasize major heavy hits, while also acknowledging the roots of the character, even if the modern incarnation of the Dark Knight is vastly different from the Adam West version.
So not a lot of people are talking about it, but this version of Batman is pretty much a striker. He uses boxing as his primary style, with elbow strikes from Muay Thai and knee strikes from Karate (?). He doesn't grapple a lot in the movie.

The master of everything, Bruce Wayne is a superb martial artist but what separates him from everyone else in the top tier is his range of abilities, he's a world class athlete escapologist, strategist, leader and with preparation there is no one he cant defeat.
Goku's martial arts resembles a mix of American Kick Boxing and Shaolin Kung Fu. He relies heavily on kicks in many fights but takes an animal like Shaolin Fighting Stance. In the official statements by Akira Toriyama the creator, Goku is using Kame Style, which was created by Master Roshi who raised him.
Batman did not receive that type of training. instead he received training from highly skilled martial artist, super-geniuses, assassins, and ninjas. similar to other characters like Bronze Tiger and Connor Hawke.
Aside from enhanced strength and speed, Cap also gained enhanced reflexes — enough to dodge bullets from point-blank range. While Batman, though more reflexive than an average human, just wouldn't cut it in the reflexes department. In a Batman vs Captain America reflex-combat, America would take the win.

And as a short story in Infinite Frontier #0, the Green Arrow, Oliver Queen, confirms that he is officially richer than Batman. During the short segment in Infinite Frontier #0, Oliver and Dinah are laying in bed and talking with each other. Oliver notes that he's richer than Batman now.
Batman's lack of superhuman abilities makes him especially vulnerable to physical trauma, as his body cannot withstand continuous beatings without severe consequences. Batman's past trauma and lack of emotional healing make him easily manipulated by his enemies, who use his fears and personal losses against him.
On the occasions Batman does lose a fight, it's by such an order of magnitude that any reasonable person would collapse under the weight of the loss. But Batman wears each defeat he suffers like a badge, emerging stronger and more determined each time, and becoming a greater hero from that tragedy.
Normal bullets, lasers, missiles, rockets or grenades are toys for The Mad Titan. He will easily kill Batman if the Bat is ambushed or unprepared. If Batman knows that Thanos is coming then he will try to find Thanos's Kryptonite which of course doesn't exists. Thanos can easily kill Batman if he has the Gauntlet.
