History. According to Stick, "Black Sky" was a weapon, "the bringer of shadows," which he was tracking down in Japan. It was moved by a Japanese criminal organization to America, to be received by Nobu. Stick enlisted the help of Matt Murdock to stop them.

How is Elektra the Black Sky?
The Hand then retrieved Elektra's corpse from the grave and placed it in a stone chamber to be exposed to the Resurrection Elixir. Alexandra Reid manipulated a resurrected Elektra and took her under her wing, re-training her to truly become the Black Sky and the Hand's most lethal weapon.
Weaknesses. Psychic Feedback: It is unclear what the limitations on her psychic ability are. She may be limited by touching distance or to minds easily affected by persuasion; the last time Elektra tried this trick, it was with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Known as “˜black sky' events, these can be caused by natural hazards such as extreme terrestrial weather – storms, floods, fires – but also extreme space weather such as solar flares.
The blue color of the sky is a result of this scattering process. At night, when that part of Earth is facing away from the Sun, space looks black because there is no nearby bright source of light, like the Sun, to be scattered.

Accident which left him blind, also developed kind of echolocation skill, which is called radar sense to be precise. This skill + rest of his heightened senses allows Daredevil to move like he's totally normal guy.
Her abilities border on the super human. Elektra can control her own autonomic nervous system to a degree, enabling her to control bleeding and fight infections, among other things. She can keep to the shadows and move with enough speed to remain unseen even in broad daylight.
I have always loved superheroes, and Daredevil, who is blind, captured my attention long ago. The main character, Matt Murdock (Daredevil), became blind after an incident involving a chemical spill when he was a child. The accident gave him superhuman senses and the ability to navigate the world in a different way.

Gang War Proved Elektra Is the City's Most Efficient Crime-Fighter. Fans will likely never be done arguing whether Matt Murdock or Elektra is the better Daredevil. However, it certainly seems that Elektra is the more effective protector of New York.
Daredevil's relationships tend to end in tragedy. His first real love interest was Karen Page, the secretary at his law firm. While their relationship had its ups and downs, Karen was tragically killed by Bullseye, who also killed another one of his girlfriends, the lethal assassin Elektra.
Elektra's father is Agamemnon and her mother is Clytemnestra. She has a brother, Orestes, and a sister, Iphigenia. After war and betrayal, Orestes, with Elektra's urging, kills their mother. But, as in all Greek tragedy, right and wrong are complicated.
