Rune King Thor is perhaps the strongest version of Thor we have ever witnessed in the Marvel Comics. In the desperate need of power, Thor makes the ultimate sacrifice of his life in the Mighty Thor #80–85. He hangs himself from the tree of Yggdrasil to get his hands on Rune Magic and he literally died.

Rune King Thor can't beat Omnipotential beings such as The Beyonders and Cosmic Cubes. Rune King Thor can still lose to the Abstract beings such as Eternity and Infinity due to their respective powers. Rune King Thor cant beat a fully fed Galactus or best a Fully powered Celestials due to the powersets.
Rune King Thor would win against the Mad Celestials. As Rune King Thor, the Son of Odin regained the Odinforce. Which, by itself, makes him at least comparable to Odin in power.
Who would win, MCU Dormammu or MCU Thor (not fat with Stormbreaker and Mjolnir)? MCU Dormammu one-shots MCU Thor. No on-screen MCU character is even nearly powerful enough to take on a cosmic entity of infinite power that can absorb universes in direct conflict.
RKT would definitely be able to take out Ghost Rider with ease. RUNE KING THORS power level surpassed his father ODIN by a large margin. RKT showed no mercy and he did not hold back at all when he obtained his new powers. This is how RKT obtained his powers.
