The violet cracks in the sky symbolize the multiverse breaking, and with this credits scene, the implication is that Morbius (Jared Leto) and his world (which includes Venom and Carnage) are one of the parallel dimensions that is threatening to bleed into Strange's and the larger Marvel cinematic universe (MCU).
It's none other than Adrian Toomes (AKA Vulture, played by Michael Keaton), who's teleported into Manhattan Detention Facility. We met Toomes in the MCU-set Spider-Man: Homecoming, where he was beaten by Spidey and ended up in prison.
Morbius' "I Am Venom" Line References In-Universe Events
This scene not only proves that Venom and Morbius take place in the same universe but also references Eddie Brock and Venom's actions in San Francisco, which have made them fugitives by the end of Let There Be Carnage.
Indeed, through Morbius' two post-credits scenes, it was shown that Adrian Toomes was transported from his prison cell in the MCU to a prison in the Morbius universe as a side effect of the multiverse cracking in No Way Home.
Judging by the mentions of a potential team-up in the post-credit scene, it's not unreasonable to assume that Vulture and Morbius were intended to be part of a theatrical version of Spider-Man's villainous group, the Sinister Six.

Morbius is essentially a standalone story with no connections to other Marvel properties — MCU or otherwise. The Spider-Man graffiti is straight-up not in the movie, and references to Venom basically boil down to one tossed off reference to events in San Francisco from last year's Venom sequel.

Martine Bancroft is a doctor at Horizon Labs and colleague of Michael Morbius. After Michael was framed by Milo for his crimes, she aided Morbius in his goal to take down his former best friend, but she was later kidnapped and mortally wounded by Milo, in order to lure Michael into a trap.
