Be Bold. Perhaps the most obvious message in Frozen is that it's good to be courageous. Elsa fleeing her home to live on her own was bold; Anna following her was even more so. Having a feisty streak can be a very good thing!

1. Tolerance And Acceptance. Perhaps the biggest life lesson in Frozen II is accepting those who are unlike you. We're soon introduced to an indigenous tribe called the Northuldra, which is actually based on the Sámi people of northern Europe.
Elsa's goal is to learn the truth of who she is and to make her peace with it, no longer denying her magical abilities or trying to shove them down out of fear. She's only just learned how to let people in, a huge step for anyone; now she needs to learn how to live for herself and not simply for everyone else.
Elsa, however, is risk-averse, anxious, and self-doubting. This is her biggest test. She must accept her crown and scepter with ungloved hands. Should she slip up or let her emotions overwhelm her, she may let the magic out, revealing who she really is.
As the Fifth Spirit, Elsa is able to awaken the four nature spirits of the forest: fire, air, water and earth. Despite her newfound connection with the elements, however, her powers are still primarily ice-based.
Although Elsa's disability is encoded as a magical ice power, the language the film uses to talk about her condition maps on to the experiences of people with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities in recognizable ways.
Resolution: Anna's sacrifice, her “act of true love” for Elsa, thaws the ice in her heart, and she returns to life. Elsa realizes that love is the key to controlling her magic and is able to unfreeze Arendelle. Hans is deported to his own kingdom.
In the film, Olaf represents the happiness Elsa and Anna shared as young children. His desire to experience summer is symbolic of how Elsa wants to return to the old days of her childhood with her sister as her best friend.
With Elsa, Disney gave us an inspiring female character who was not only strong, but flawed as well (trying to carry the heavy weight of her burden alone). She reveals her strength when the time came for her to fulfill the duties as the queen. She manages with poise and grace, even though she is terrified inside.
Beyond that, Elsa is a very relatable person. While young children might not be able to appreciate the complex past that molded her character, they can understand that Elsa is overall misunderstood, and this makes her a super interesting character. Her development in Frozen II is even cooler.
Indeed, the plot is loosely based on the tale of The Snow Queen by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen, who based many of his books on old Scandinavian folktales.
Elsa is never properly identified as asexual or aromantic, something that would help immensely to increase visibility and awareness. Considering Disney's record with LGBT characters (remember the underwhelming 'gay moment' in Beauty and the Beast?)
On the other hand, Elsa's fear of herself led to several other problems, like her anxiety and overprotectiveness. Elsa constantly fears rejection from others and has always wanted to find the source of her powers.
The Spirits of the Enchanted Forest, also known as the Elements, are five elemental beings prominent in Disney's 2019 animated feature film, Frozen II. Though it's reiterated throughout both Frozen movies more times than the audience can count, Elsa's story is all about embracing her own power instead of allowing it to make her afraid. Only once she does that is Elsa able to save her sister, end the seemingly endless winter, and help Northuldra and Arendelle both.
